Galle Night Street Fair
The Galle Night event held near the historic Galle Fort successfully brought vibrant life to the city by promoting night time tourism through southern cultural performances, live music, local crafts, and diverse food experiences. The opening ceremony was held under the patronage of Southern Province Governor Prof. Susiripala Manawadu with the participation of Ruhunu Tourist Bureau Chairman P.G.G.S. Jayan, Deputy Minister Nalin Hewage, Galle Mayor Sunil Gamage, District Secretariat K.U. Chandralal, officials of the Galle District Chamber of Industry and Commerce, government representatives, entrepreneurs, local residents, and many foreign visitors. Ruhunu Tourist Bureau is pleased to support initiatives like this that strengthen Galle and Southern Sri Lanka as vibrant and welcoming tourism destinations.
