Instructions for Reservation
- Booking should be done through the Ruhunu Tourist Bureau website www.southernsrilanka.lk.
- Full payment must be made to reserve rooms.

After requesting a booking date via the website, you must upload the deposit slip to the www.southernsrilanka.lk website within 24
hours. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation. In such cases, a new
reservation must be made.
Confirmation and Communication
- You will receive an SMS upon completing the reservation. Ensure you provide an accurate and active
telephone number.
- After depositing the money, WhatsApp the deposit slip along with your name, phone number,
reservation date, and the number of rooms to 0773380173.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 p.m. on the reserved date
- Check-out: 10:00 a.m. the next day
Important Notes
- Do not cause physical damage to the equipment inside the rooms. The person who reserved the room
will be held responsible for compensation for any damages.
